If you want to cook something very quickly for lunch, while making sure that the dish is tasty and satisfying, the best option is any pie. In the summer, it is definitely best to cook vegetable pies – it will be very healthy and easy, so you will definitely not overload your stomach.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious cabbage pie, which is easy to prepare and will give you a boost of energy for several hours.

Ingredients for the pie:

Filling:

  • white cabbage - 1 pc.
  • butter - 100 g
  • salt - to taste
  • sesame seeds - 10 g

Dough:

  • flour - 2 cups
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • kefir - 2 cups
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all – wash and chop the cabbage, fry well in vegetable oil, salt to taste.
  2. Dough: beat eggs with salt, add kefir, mix, gently sifted flour, add baking soda, and mix to make the dough consistency like liquid sour cream.
  3. Put the first cabbage in the baking dish, pour the batter on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Put the cake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-190 C.

It is best to serve the finished dish warm, you can have it with tea or even soup, and it will be very tasty.
