Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1.1 kg,
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- starch
- spices: salt, pepper, Provencal herbs - to taste
- semolina - for rolling
- oil - for frying
Sauce:
- sour cream 18% - 4 tbsp. l.
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- pickled cucumber
- ketchup - 1 tbsp
- spices: salt, pepper, dry garlic - to taste
- cucumber brine
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel and pass the potatoes and cheese through a meat grinder with a fine strainer, mix until smooth.
2. Divide the finished mass into 4 parts. Remove 1 part and add starch, egg, spices to that place and knead everything until smooth.
3. Form the patties with your hands, roll in semolina and fry on both sides in heated vegetable oil until golden brown.
4. For the sauce: finely chop the cucumber, add sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, spices, mix until smooth and serve with the patties.
