Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 6 pcs.

Potatoes for cooking

  • mushrooms – 6-8 pcs
  • onion – 1 pc

  • cream – 200 ml
  • any hard cheese – 60-80 g

  • spices suneli hops – to taste
  • garlic – to taste

  • Ghee oil
  • green onions – 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes, and cook them whole.

2. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into layers, onions into half rings. Fry them in Ghee, add spices, and simmer until tender (you can add water).

3. Once the mushrooms are soft, pour in the cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4. Cut the cooked potatoes into rings, put them in a baking dish like a ratatouille, brush with butter, pour over the mushroom and cream sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Bake the gratin for 20 minutes at 180 C.
