It is best to choose a cast iron pan for cooking. The most important thing is to stir the jam constantly!

Ingredients:

  • plums - 0.5 liters

  • citric acid - tip of a knife

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the plums, remove the pits and cut the fruit.
