Ingredients:
- lard - 400 g
- hot chili - 1 pc
- garlic - 1 head
- salt - 1-1.5 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the lard into pieces. Chop the pepper and peel the garlic.
Lard.
2. Pass everything through a meat grinder, add spices and dill to this mixture.
Ready-made base.
Transfer the mixture to a suitable container and refrigerate for a day!
