Almost everyone loves pasta. It's a versatile product that can be used to make many interesting dishes that are always tasty and nutritious.

Food blogger Lisa Glinska posted a recipe for pasta with peppers and tomatoes on her Instagram. She claims that this dish is made from products that everyone has in their fridge.

Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle pasta
  • Bell pepper - 2 pcs
  • Peeled tomato - 1 pc
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt
  • Basil
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Burrata or mozzarella

How to cook

1.Prepare the sauce. Bake the peppers in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

2. Dip it in cold water and remove the peel.

3. Blend the pepper, tomato, oil, garlic until the consistency is as homogeneous as possible, add salt to taste.

4. Boil the pasta and mix it with the sauce.

5. Heat the cherry tomatoes in a pan with oil and serve them with the pasta.

6. Add slices of burrata and mozzarella. Garnish with basil.
