Ingredients
- Mussels marinated in oil - 200 gr
- Pasta - 200 gr
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Herbs
Method of preparation
1. Boil the pasta until tender, according to the instructions on the package.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
3. Fry the garlic in a frying pan with oil. Add the tomato paste and fry well.
4. Add the mussels and the water in which the pasta was cooked to the pan. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add the pasta to the pan and heat for a few minutes.
6. Garnish the dish with herbs before serving. Basil is ideal for this purpose.
