If you don't have much time to cook and need to prepare a delicious meal quickly, pasta is always a great solution. You can simply cook them and serve them with a salad, sausage, or cutlet. Or you can turn them into a truly gourmet dish with cheese, which will take you only 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • pasta - 200 g
  • butter - 30 g
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • milk - 250-300 ml
  • hard cheese (several different ones are possible) - 200 g
  • salt - 1/3 tsp.
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • dry garlic - 1/2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water until tender.

2. At the same time, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter over moderate heat, add the flour, stir, gradually pour in the milk and bring the sauce to a thickening point.

3. Add salt (if you use cheddar cheese, you can add just a pinch of salt, because the cheese itself is quite salty), add paprika, dried garlic, grated cheese and cook together for another 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked drained pasta, cook together for another minute and serve.
