Ingredients:

• 500 g of raw pasta
• 500 ml of milk
• 2 tbsp of sour cream
• salt, pepper
• 100 g of hard cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the raw pasta into a frying pan, cover with milk, salt and pepper and cook until the liquid evaporates.

2. Then add sour cream and hard cheese, mix and serve!
