Ingredients for pancakes

  • milk - 300 ml
  • egg - 2 pcs
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • oil - 30 ml
  • hard cheese - 120 gr
  • green onions
  • dill
  • baking powder - ½ tsp
  • flour - 120-140 g

How to cook

1. Prepare pancakes. Mix milk in a deep bowl with eggs, sugar, salt and oil.

2. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop herbs.

3. Add the cheese and herbs to the batter.

4. Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix.

5. Fry on a preheated frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

6. Fry shrimp with garlic, then add two tablespoons of soy sauce and fry for 1 minute, stirring quickly over medium heat.

7. Put cream cheese, shrimp, hard grated cheese on each pancake, roll it up and tie it with herbs so that it looks like khinkali. Put it in a heat-resistant dish and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
