Ingredients for the dough:
- milk - 400 ml
- flour - 500 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry yeast - 4 g
- butter - 50 g

- mashed potatoes - 300 g
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- sour cream - 100 g
- herbs, salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Add melted butter and dry ingredients to warm milk.
- Knead the dough, and put it in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
- Boil and mash the potatoes, add grated cheese, herbs, salt, pepper, and sour cream.
- Mix everything well.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, and form a ball from each part.
- Roll it out a little, put the filling in the middle, pinch, and flatten it with your hands into a layer about 2 centimeters thick.
- Put on a baking sheet, and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.
- Bake until done.
- Brush the finished cake with butter.
