Ingredients:

  • spaghetti - 200-250 g
  • butter - 50 g
  • mussels marinated in oil - 200 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomato puree - 130 g
  • greens as desired

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the spaghetti.

2. Put butter in a frying pan.

3. Add the chopped garlic.

4. Fry for 2-3 minutes, add tomato puree, stir.

5. Put the mussels in the sauce without oil.

6. Add 150 ml of boiled water (or water with spaghetti).

7. Simmer for 2 minutes.

8. Add the spaghetti.

9. Simmer for another 2 minutes and the dish is ready.
