No need to fry: crispy chicken nuggets without oil for a snack
Nuggets are one of the most delicious and easy-to-cook dishes made from fillets. They can be cooked in the oven, deep-fried, or in a multicooker. To prevent them from being greasy, it is better to cook the dish in the oven.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious, crispy chicken nuggets on Instagram, which are cooked without a drop of oil.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Smoked paprika – 1/2 tbsp
- Dry garlic – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Pepper – a pinch
- Egg – 1 pc
- Corn flakes without impurities – 80 g
For the sauce:
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Chili flakes – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet lengthwise and into strips, not thin. Add spices and marinate.
2. Beat 1 egg. Blend the cornflakes in a blender.
3. Dip each fillet in the egg, then in the flakes, and press firmly.
4. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 11 minutes at 180 C.
5. Sauce: mix all the ingredients and you can heat it a little if the honey has thickened, but the sauce will become spicier!
