Juicy seasonal cherries are delicious when added to a cottage cheese casserole. The berries go well with the delicate dough and add a pleasant sourness to it. And in order not to make this pastry too high in calories, flour should not be added.
The idea of making a flourless cherry casserole was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Irina Kozachuk. The dough rises perfectly and won't be clogged.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 600 g
- eggs - 3-4 pcs.
- sour cream - 100 g
- sugar - 150 g
- starch - 40 g
- cherries - 200 g
- zest of one lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Beat with a blender.
3. Put the mass into a greased and floured mold.
4. Arrange the cherries on top.
5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about an hour.
6. Let the dessert cool for 30 minutes and then eat.
