Juicy seasonal cherries are delicious when added to a cottage cheese casserole. The berries go well with the delicate dough and add a pleasant sourness to it. And in order not to make this pastry too high in calories, flour should not be added.

The idea of making a flourless cherry casserole was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Irina Kozachuk. The dough rises perfectly and won't be clogged.
