Ingredients for a 21 cm diameter:
- biscuits - 250 g
- butter - 125 g

- cream 20-33% - 150 g
- gelatin - 10 g + 50 g of water
- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 10 g

- cream cheese - 300 g
- berry jelly - 1 pack + 150 ml of hot water

- Berry jelly - 1 pack + fresh blueberries
Method of preparation:
1. Combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter, put them in a parchment-lined baking dish, and put them in the refrigerator.

2. Pour gelatin with cold water and leave to swell.
3. Combine the cream cheese, cream, powder, vanilla sugar, melted gelatin, beat with a blender and pour onto the cake. Put it in the refrigerator.

4. For the berry layer, dilute the berry jelly with very hot water, cool to room temperature, combine with the cream cheese, whip with a blender, pour over the vanilla layer and refrigerate.
5. Put the blueberries on the not yet very cold berry layer and chill again.

6. For the jelly layer, dilute the berry jelly with 300 ml of hot water, cool to room temperature and gradually pour the blueberries on top.
7. Chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
