Mushrooms are fairly easy to prepare. To preserve them for the winter, you only need a few simple ingredients for a marinade. It is also important to boil the product very well and not in the same water.
Food blogger Yuliana with the nickname uliana.istanbul shared her tips on how to preserve mushrooms for the winter on Instagram. It is delicious served with boiled potatoes.

Ingredients for the marinade:
- water - 250 ml.
- salt - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 3 tbsp.
- vinegar - 125 ml.

1. Wash the mushrooms very well.
2. Cook in water for 10-15 minutes.
3. Drain and rinse the liquid.

4. Cook in salt water with bay leaves and an onion for about an hour. Remember that undercooked mushrooms can be dangerous, especially for children.
5. After the second boiling, make the marinade: bring all the marinade ingredients to a boil.

6. Pour the mushrooms into the marinade and cook in the marinade for another 15 minutes.
7. Put pepper, bay leaves, garlic and mushrooms already cooked in the marinade to the bottom of the prepared jars to taste.

8. Then pour the same marinade into the jars, cover with lids and sterilize for 40-45 minutes.
