Delicious zucchini moussaka
Zucchini is an absolutely amazing vegetable, which, firstly, is very healthy, and secondly, you can quickly prepare many delicious dishes from it. They go well with dough, meat, and various sauces and vegetables.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a very flavorful, juicy dish that will be a good option for lunch and dinner in just 50 minutes – moussaka with zucchini.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 3-4 pcs.
- Any minced meat - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 5 cloves.
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Fresh herbs - 1 bunch
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash and cut the zucchini into rings, and season with salt and pepper. Put them in an even layer in the mold.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and a little pepper to the minced meat and mix everything thoroughly, put it in an even layer on the zucchini.
- Cut the tomatoes into rings and put them on top of the minced meat. Sprinkle them with grated cheese.
- Wash and chop the greens and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Finally, brush the dish with sour cream and put it in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Zucchini moussaka for lunch
