Ingredients:

  • boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
  • cheese - 60 g
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • spices: pepper, salt - to taste
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - 4-5 tbsp.

For breading:

  • flour
  • egg
  • breadcrumbs

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the boiled eggs well. Add finely grated hard cheese, grated zucchini, carrots, spices, raw egg, breadcrumbs and mix until smooth.

2. Form the patties, first roll in flour, then in a beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides in a frying pan heated with oil until golden brown over low heat.
