Ingredients:

Cakes:

• eggs - 3 pcs
• condensed milk - 300 ml
• flour - 180 g
• a pinch of salt
• baking powder 1.5 tsp.
• butter - 40 g

For the cream:

• sour cream - 500 g
• condensed milk - 100 ml
• powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

1. To make the cakes, mix all the ingredients until smooth. The result is a thick dough, like pancakes.

2. Spread the dough in small portions in a circle on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake several cakes in the oven in this way.

3. For the cream, whip the sour cream with condensed milk.

4. Finally add the powdered sugar. Stir.

5. At this stage, spread the cream over the cakes to form a cake. Also spread the sides with cream and decorate as desired.
