Liza Hlinska shares a cupcake recipe in 3 minutes: you don't even need an oven

Elementary desserts that can be prepared in minutes are becoming increasingly popular in modern cooking. It's easy to explain – in a frantic pace, it's hard to find time for long baking. That's why chefs often come up with new delicacies that even a child could make.

Famous Ukrainian pastry chef Liza Hlinska shared a recipe for a cupcake that takes just 3 minutes to make, even without an oven. It was published on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• dark chocolate (56%) - 40 g
• milk - 30 ml

• eggs - 50 g
• sugar - 30 g
• cocoa powder - 5 g
• salt

• baking powder - 2 g
• flour - 30 g
• butter - 30 g

Method of preparation:

1. Combine chocolate, butter and milk.

2. Melt until smooth.

3. Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder sifted through a sieve, and a little salt.

4. Grind the egg with sugar.

5. Combine the resulting masses.

6. Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

7. Pour into molds and microwave for 3 minutes with a power of 700 watts.
