Ingredients for a 2-liter jar:
- parsley
- onion
- chili pepper
- sweet/bell pepper

- tomatoes
- salt - 1/3 of 100 g glass
- sugar - 1/2 of 100 g glass
- vinegar - 1/3 of 100 g glass
- acetylsalicylic acid - 2 tablets

Method of preparation:
1. Put parsley, sliced onion, 1/3 of the chili pepper and 1/3 of the sweet/bell pepper at the bottom of the jar.
Pepper.
2. Fill with tomatoes.
3. Cover with boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Then pour the liquid from the jars into a pot/pan and bring to a boil.
5. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and acetylsalicylic acid tablets to the jars. Pour boiling brine over the tomatoes. Close with the lids.
