Ingredients:
- sugar – 180 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- oil – 100 ml
- flour – 260 g
- milk – 200 ml
- baking powder – 15-20 g
- vanilla sugar – 2 tsp
- raisins – 60 g
- nuts – 120 g

1. Put 3 eggs in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and mix again.

3. Add milk and oil and mix again.
4. Add baking powder to the flour and sift through a sieve to the other ingredients.

5. Mix everything with a whisk.
6. Next, grind the nuts in a blender, add to the dough along with the raisins, and mix.
Pour the dough into the mold

7. Grease the mold with oil or butter.
8. Pour the batter into it and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Take the finished cupcake out of the mold as soon as it has cooled.
