Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 800 g
  • cabbage - 1 pc
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • onion - 1 pc
  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp
  • rice - 150 g
  • pepper, salt, paprika
  • pepper - 1 pc

Method of preparation:

1. Stew cabbage with carrots and onions.

2. Boil the rice until half cooked.

3. For the minced meat, grind the fillets in a blender.

4. Add stewed cabbage, rice and spices to the minced meat to taste.

5. Mix well.

6. Chop the pepper and fry until half cooked.

7. Dilute the tomato paste with water (300 ml) and pour over the pepper. Bring to a boil and turn off.

8. Add some herbs.

9. Form patties and place in a baking dish.

10. Pour the sauce and cover with foil or a lid.

11. Cook for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Can be cooked in a saucepan under a lid (over low heat) until tender.
