Khachapuri is a very tasty and hearty dish of Georgian cuisine, which is not easy to prepare, but there are many variations of it, among which you can always choose the most successful one. It is worth noting that you can eat it even for breakfast.

FoodOboz editorial staff shares a recipe for lazy khachapuri with cheese and herbs, and most importantly - on rice flour, which you can easily prepare in just 10 minutes in a frying pan.

Khachapuri with greens

Ingredients

  • 2% cottage cheese - 180g
  • suluguni cheese - 120g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • rice flour - 2, 5 tbsp. tbsp.
  • any greens - 1 bundle
  • leavening agent - 0,5 tsp.
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all - o t separate the protein from the yolk.
  2. In a separate bowl, knead cottage cheese, add flour, baking powder, suluguni cheese and salt to taste, mix thoroughly, add chopped herbs.
  3. Heat a frying pan, no oil added, lay out on the pan and in the shape of a boat with a small depression in the middle, be sure to cover with a lid.
  4. Fry the dish on low heat for about 5 minutes, so you will get a nice crust.
  5. <em>Then turn the khachapuri over and </em><em>sprinkle</em><em>generously with</em><em> cheese </em><em>on top </em><em>, cover again with a lid and </em><em> cook for </em><em> another 2-3 </em><em>minutes</em><em>. </em>

The dish will turn out very tender and tasty.
