Lace pancakes with cottage cheese and cherry sauce for breakfast: a simple recipe
Pancakes are a very simple to prepare, but very tasty dish that can be cooked with milk, kefir, and even water. The best options for the filling are cottage cheese, meat, berries, cabbage, fish, vegetables, seafood, and liver.

Ingredients:
- flour – 300 g
- milk or boiling water – 500 ml
- eggs – 3 pcs
- sugar – 70 g
- sal – 2 g
- oil – 60 ml
- soda – 4 g
- vinegar – a few drops
For the filling:
- cottage cheese – 400 g
- honey – 80 g
- vanilla – to taste
For the sauce:
- freshly frozen pitted cherries – 300 g
- water – 9 tbsp
- starch – 12 g
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: mix all the dry ingredients, then bring the milk to a boil and gradually add to the dry mixture, stirring quickly. Add the beaten eggs and pour in the oil, mix until smooth.
2. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan, without oil.
3. Filling: put the cottage cheese, vanilla, and honey in a blender and beat until smooth.
4. Put the cherries in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix the water and starch and pour over the cherries, stir, and cook for a few minutes.
5. Put the filling in each pancake, and roll it up.
Pour cherry sauce over the pancakes when serving!
