Korean pickled tomatoes that can be eaten immediately: a quick snack
Pickled tomatoes according to this recipe are very tasty, juicy, and spicy. The peculiarity of the dish is that a separate sauce is prepared for the appetizer in the form of garlic, pepper, and spices. It goes very well with tomatoes and, in principle, the salad can be eaten immediately after preparation. But, of course, the longer you let the appetizer sit in the fridge, the better.

Ingredients:
- tomatoes – 5-6 pcs
- pepper – 1 pc
- garlic – 2-4 cloves (to taste)
- vinegar 9% – 2 tsp
- salt – 1 tsp
- sugar – 2 tsp
- ground black pepper – to taste
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- parsley – a small bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
2. Using a blender or meat grinder, chop the pepper and garlic.
3. Mix chopped vegetables with oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper. It will be a salad sauce.
4. Finely chop the parsley and add to the salad.
5. Pour the sauce over the tomatoes. Stir to combine.
