June salad from budget products in 10 minutes: the simplest recipe

If you want to prepare a tasty and satisfying lunch dish in 10 minutes, always choose vegetables, as well as fish, seafood, eggs, and cereals. In the summer, it can be a hearty salad with even two or three ingredients, dressed with yogurt or butter.

Cook Victoria shared a recipe for a delicious vegetable salad on Instagram, based on vegetables, eggs, and sauce.

Salad recipe

Ingredients:

  • cucumbers - 400 g

  • radish - 500 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.

  • green onions (without the white part) - 1 bunch

  • dill, parsley - a bunch
  • sour cream - 300 g
Natural sour cream
  • lemon (juice) - 1/2 pc.

  • Spices: salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs, cool and cut into slices.

2. Finely chop the greens and put them in a bowl.

3. Wash the cucumbers and radishes and cut them into slices, add them to the greens and mix.

4. Add the eggs and mix very gently so as not to damage them too much.

5. Sauce: add lemon juice and spices to the sour cream, mix until smooth, and put the dressing in the salad.

6. Gently mix the salad again and serve immediately.
