Ingredients:

  • chicken thighs - 5 pcs.
  • dried garlic - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Provence herbs - 1 tsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • light beer - 200 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry boneless chicken thighs with a paper towel.

2. Fry the thighs without oil in a preheated pan over high heat on both sides for 5-7 minutes.

3. Add dry garlic, paprika, Provence herbs, soy sauce, honey, and light beer. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

4. After that, remove the lid and cook over high heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.

5. Put the cooked thighs on a plate, pour the sauce in which the chicken was fried over, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
