- large pepper – 6-7 pcs
- minced meat – 400 g
- onion – 1 pc
- carrots – 1 pc

- hard cheese – 100 g

Method of preparation:
1. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, peel out the middle, put them on a baking sheet, and lightly drizzle with oil and salt. Bake until soft for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
