Ingredients:

  • cucumbers - 1 pc
  • garlic - 3-5 cloves
  • Greek yogurt - 4-5 tbsp.
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and squeeze it well.

2. Chop the garlic and add to the cucumber.

5. Add yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well.
