Ice cream cake: made with just two ingredients

This dessert does not contain any dairy products or sugar. But it tastes very similar to ice cream. To make this cake, you need only 2 simple ingredients.

A food blogger with the nickname healthyddiary__ told us how to make an ice cream cake from two ingredients on Instagram. All you need to do is whip it up in a blender.

Ingredients:

• apples - 3 pcs.
• chocolate

Method of preparation:

1. Remove the skin from the apples.

2. Chop and boil until soft (10-15 minutes).

3. Melt the chocolate.

4. Add to the apples.

5. Beat with a blender.

6. Pour into the mold.

7. Let cool and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
