  • sugar - 50 g
  • a pinch of salt
  • vanilla sugar
  • sour cream - 150 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • flour - 300 g

1. Beat the egg with sugar, add soft butter, sour cream, vanilla sugar.

2. Add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough.

3. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. Make small balls.

5. Wrap the jam.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

7. Sprinkle with powder on top.
