Sun-dried tomatoes are something that every housewife should have in her fridge. In addition to being a great standalone appetizer, it is also an addition to soups, pates, sauces, and salads. And the best part is that cooking this dish won't take a lot of ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes
  • salt
  • herbs of Provence
  • rosemary
  • garlic
  • olive/sunflower oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes in half or into four parts. Sprinkle with salt and herbs.

2. At this stage, you need to dry the tomatoes in an electric dryer for two days at a temperature of 60 degrees. Periodically, change the trays.

3. Put the dried tomatoes in a sterile jar. Add chopped garlic and rosemary.

4. Preheat the oil to 70-80 degrees, then fill the jar with tomatoes.
