Ingredients:
- tomatoes
- salt
- herbs of Provence
- rosemary
- garlic
- olive/sunflower oil

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes in half or into four parts. Sprinkle with salt and herbs.
2. At this stage, you need to dry the tomatoes in an electric dryer for two days at a temperature of 60 degrees. Periodically, change the trays.

3. Put the dried tomatoes in a sterile jar. Add chopped garlic and rosemary.
4. Preheat the oil to 70-80 degrees, then fill the jar with tomatoes.
