Margherita pizza
Ingredients for the yeast dough:
- 70% flour - 1 kg
- water - 700 ml
- yeast - 5 g
- salt - 3 g
Ingredients for the sauce:
- tomatoes
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - ½ tsp
- basil
- cheese - 200 g
- cherry tomatoes - 100 g

Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough and leave it for a while.
2. Form the dough into 100 g balls and roll out small pizzas.
3. Beat the peeled tomatoes in a blender. Add sugar, salt, and basil.
4. Put 70 g of sauce on the dough. Top with a slice of cheese and chopped cherry tomatoes.
5. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
