How to prepare gourmet pasta with tuna for a hearty lunch

Instead of the usual boiled pasta with sausages and cutlets, you can make a gourmet pasta with tuna. Simmer the products in a delicate cream sauce and add plenty of cheese. The dish is perfect for a hearty dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients:

• pasta - 300 g
• canned tuna - 100 g
• cream - 200 g
• tomato paste - 1 tbsp
• onion - 1 pc.
• garlic - 1 clove
• parmesan cheese - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the pasta until half cooked.

2. Fry the onion and garlic in a pan separately.

3. Add the tuna, tomato paste, cream and 100 g of the water in which the pasta was cooked.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add pasta and grated cheese to the sauce.

5. Mix everything.

6. Garnish with parmesan cheese when serving.
