Ingredients:
- Mackerel
Marinade:
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
- Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp

- bay leaves – 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. First, clean the fish from the skin, head, and entrails. Then separate the fish fillets.
2. Cut the finished fillet into pieces, and season with salt and pepper.

4. Put the fillet pieces in a jar. Pour over the marinade.
