How to make the perfect dough for buns: 6 secrets

The recipe for the perfect dough for fluffy buns
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 500
- Milk – 200 ml
- Dry yeast – 11 g
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs
- Butter – 100 g
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Make a dough: mix warm milk with dry yeast, add a tablespoon of sugar, and a tablespoon of flour, mix well, and put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
- Melt the butter, pour it into a large bowl, add the eggs, salt, sugar, and the finished dough, and mix.
- Sift the flour and add it to the dough, and knead it. We put it in a warm place to let it rise.
- After the dough has risen, knead it again and put it in a warm place for about 50 minutes to let it rise.
