Who likes meat - will easily prepare a meat one, lovers of seafood will also be able to please themselves and even for vegetarians this dish will be especially delicious, especially in the fall, when there are a lot of seasonal vegetables that will be its basis.

Ukrainian cook Sergiy Zhurenko shared the secrets and recipe of the best and most successful pizza dough, which is the most basic in the whole dish.

Ingredients for pizza dough

Baking Dough
  • Extra virgin wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Quick yeast - 5 г
  • Salt - 1/3 tsp.
  • Sugar - 2 tsp.
  • Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour well.
  2. Add dry "quick" yeast, as well as 1/3 tsp. fine salt "extra" and 2 tsp. sugar, mix.
  3. Pour plain water into a glass and heat well.
  4. Pour the olive oil into the hot water, mix well and pour more water into the mixture.
  5. Start kneading the dough with your hands, add a little flour, roll into a ball, transfer to a large bowl and cover with a towel and leave in a warm place - for 50 minutes.
  6. Once the dough has risen, knead and stretch it. It is better not to roll out with a rolling pin, a stretch with your hands on the tray.
  7. Grease the pizza mold with olive oil and stretch the dough onto it. It is important that the edges should be pressed inwards to make a border.
  8. Prick the dough with a fork and bake with any toppings.
