Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 400 g
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Salt
For the filling:
- Hard cheese - 80-100 g
- Tomato - 1 pc
- Sausage
- Garlic
- Basil
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini. Strain it with cheesecloth to get rid of excess water.
2. Add sour cream, egg and flour.
3. Put the zucchini mixture in a preheated frying pan and spread it over the entire surface. Cook over low heat under a lid for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese and add the chopped garlic.
6. Cut the tomato and sausage into slices.
7. Put half the cheese, tomato, and sausage on the prepared base. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
8. Cook in a frying pan under the lid for 5 minutes. Or bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees.

- Mayonnaise\sour cream\sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes on a grater.
2. Add salt, pepper and egg.
3. The base can be pre-baked in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Or immediately with the filling.
4. Cut all the ingredients for the filling. Grate the cheese.
5. Put the base on a baking sheet, add the sauce and filling. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Put the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
