If you have long wanted to give up unhealthy sweets and switch to healthy ones, then you need to make diet oatmeal bars with various nuts and dried fruits.
The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared for you a universal recipe for healthy oatmeal bars that you can easily make at home.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal – 150 g
- honey – 2 tbsp
- banana – 1 pc
- cinnamon – 10 g
- walnuts – 70 g
- raisins – 40-50 g
Making healthy bars
Method of preparation:
- Rinse the oatmeal well so that there are no husks.
- Chop the nuts, add raisins, chop the banana, add cinnamon and honey. Mix everything well and add to the oatmeal.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes at 150 °C until golden brown. Remove and cut into strips of any size to your liking.
It's worth noting that you can add and change the ingredients to any healthy ones you like, from dates to apple juice.
