Ingredients:
- puree of baked pumpkin and apples - 250 g
- agar-agar - 2 tbsp.
- boiling water - 100 ml.
- honey - 1-2 tbsp.
- lemon or orange juice - 2-3 tbsp.
- spices as desired (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg)

1. Mash the baked pumpkin and apples with honey and spices.
2. Pour boiling water over the agar.
3. Leave for 10-15 minutes until completely dissolved.

4. Add the agar and lemon or orange juice to the puree.
5. Mix well.

6. Bring to almost a boil, stirring constantly.
7. Pour into molds and leave for several hours in a cool place until completely solidified.
8. If you don't have molds, you can pour it into any mold and cut it randomly after it hardens.
