To make delicious pancakes, people choose a variety of bases: milk, kefir, and sour cream. But there is a much more budget-friendly ingredient: whey. If you have any leftover sour milk, it's there, so you can just drain it. In addition, it is with this ingredient that the texture is perfectly thin.

Whey pancake recipe

Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 2-3 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
- whey – 500-550 ml
- flour – 250 g
- soda – 0.3 tsp
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
Preparing the dough
1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar.
2. Pour in a third of the flour, and mix.
3. Add a little whey (100 ml), mix.
Frying pancakes
4. Add the second third of the flour.
5. Add 100 ml of whey again.
6. Add the rest of the flour.
Ready-made thin pancakes
7. Add a little more whey. After adding each component, mix.
8. Then add the oil and the rest of the whey.
9. Mix until smooth.
Preparing the dough
10. Add the baking soda, mix, and leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
11. Bake the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
