Ingredients:

• avocado - 2 pcs.
• 82% butter - 180 g
• salt - 1 tsp
• black pepper - 1 tsp.
• dried garlic - 1 tsp.
• dried dill - 1 tsp.
• juice of 1/2 lime or lemon

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the avocado and remove the pit.

2. Cut butter into cubes.

3. Beat the avocado, oil, spices and lime or lemon juice in a blender until smooth.

4. Put the resulting mass in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
