Ingredients:
- arugula (or any other greens) – 60 g
- tomatoes – 250 g
- smoked fillet (can be replaced with boiled) – 300 g
- olives – 1 jar (280 g)
- olive oil – (for dressing)
- salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into strips.
2. Greens chop.
3. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
4. Season with salt.
5. Add olive oil and olives.
6. Stir to combine.

Ingredients:
- olive oil – 100 ml
- vegetable oil – 100 ml

1. Heat the oil mixture without boiling.
2. Add spices, vinegar and salt.
3. Leave to infuse for a day.

Ingredients:
- oil – 50 ml
- Dijon mustard – 20 g
- honey – 20 ml
- lemon juice – 20-25 ml

Ingredients:
- olive or vegetable oil – 30 ml
- soy sauce – 50 ml

- Greek yogurt or sour cream – 100 ml
