How to make a perfect flourless breakfast casserole: we share the secrets and the recipe
The perfect breakfast dish is a delicious, healthy, cottage cheese casserole based on flourless cottage cheese and sugar-free cottage cheese with raisins or berries.
Cook Tetiana shared on Instagram a recipe for a classic delicious, cottage cheese casserole with raisins, without flour, which will turn out to be perfect in structure because of the semolina!
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- semolina - 2 tbsp
- vanilla sugar and extract
- salt - a pinch
- raisins - 50 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add semolina to the sour cream, mix and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes.
2. Add the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese and grind everything with an immersion blender into a homogeneous mass, add sour cream and semolina to the finished mass and mix.
3. Pour in the raisins and mix well.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the curd mixture, smooth it well and top with sour cream.
5. Bake the casserole for 1 hour at 150-160°C.
Serve the casserole with sour cream and berries!
