- zucchini - 600 g
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- salt - about 0.5 tsp.
- ground black pepper

1. Wash the zucchini, cut into cubes (approximately 2x2).
2. Put them in a frying pan with heated oil for 10-15 minutes.

3. Cover with a lid, and stir occasionally.
4. Squeeze the garlic, salt and pepper.
5. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. No need to add water, the zucchini will give juice by itself.

6. If the zucchini is ready and there is still a lot of juice, leave it on the fire for a few minutes without a lid, just make sure that it does not fry.
7. Put the zucchini in a blender.

8. Cut the processed cheeses into cubes and put them into the still warm zucchini.
9. Grind together in a blender until smooth.
