- herring - 500-600 g
- processed cheese - 2 pieces
- butter - 100 g
- boiled carrots - 2 pcs
How to cook vorschmack correctly
Method of preparation:
1. First, beat the herring with a blender until a paste-like mass is formed.
2. Add processed cheese, carrots and butter to the resulting mass. Beat again until smooth.
3. If you wish, you can add spices to the finished vorschmack, but keep in mind that herring is quite salty on its own.
