Ingredients:
- potatoes - 900 g (choose medium-sized)
- herring fillet - 400 g (or lightly salted mackerel)
- pickles - 200 g
- sour cream - 5 tbsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- dill - to taste
- green onions - to taste
- salt, pepper - to taste
- a little vegetable oil

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Wash the potatoes well, leave the skin on.

3. Dry completely.
4. Season with salt and pepper and brush with a little oil.

7. For the sauce, cut the herring fillet and cucumbers into small cubes, squeeze the garlic through a press, and finely chop the dill and onion.
8. Combine all these ingredients with sour cream in a bowl.
