Ingredients:

  • millet - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • milk - 2 cups
  • salt - 0.5 tsp (add to taste)
  • butter
  • pumpkin - 500-600 g
Rinse millet under cold water

1. To prevent the millet from being bitter, rinse it until it is transparent and pour boiling water over it for 3-4 minutes.

2. Finely chop the pumpkin and cover with water.

5. Add hot milk (cold milk is fine too), salt, and sugar and stir.
