Ingredients:
- fish - 500 g
- cream - 250 ml
- butter - 25 g
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- flour - 1 tbsp
- dill
- green onions
- salt, pepper
- mix of spices for fish
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into medium-sized pieces and sprinkle with spices.
2. Then prepare the sauce. First, chop garlic into large pieces and then fry in butter.
3. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add cream and cook sauce over medium heat. When a strip appears on the bottom, the sauce is ready.
5. Grease the bottom of the mold with the sauce and put the fish in. Then pour the rest of the sauce.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
